Yet More Greed and Wanton Habitat Destruction in Dyffryn Nantlle, Gwynedd, North Wales

- A Destructive Practice of Ignorance For Ever More Land, Sheep, and Payments...

Who Owns What? There is some confusion over the ownership of land around the floodplain, and I have been asked to clarify certain details, so this is the situation as I understand it:

There are no Land Registry entries for a sizeable portion of the land on the other side of the river (meaning that there has been no change of land ownership any time since 1998); so this is the main area, showing the destroyed fenland area to the top and surrounding registrations etched in red:

- B4418 and main farm area of the land currently under mis-management by The 'Farmers' of the Destroyed Fenland -

...then there is the area directly around the farm (which comprises of three acquisitions of land at Gwynfaes, Llanllyfni, LL54 6RR and Gwynfaes Bungalow, Llanllyfni, LL54 6RR). The land is owned by Richard Jones, with a 14-year lease made out to being Robert Pritchard (farmer) in 2004.

Notes:
- main landholding area around Gwynfaes -
- Areas to the east of Gwynfaes Cottage currently under mis-management by The 'Farmers' of the Destroyed Fenland -
Areas under 'management' to the east of Gwynfaes, and north of Lôn Ddŵr (including unregistered areas not
hatched in red):

- Areas to the west of Gwynfaes Cottage currently under mis-management by The 'Farmers' of the Destroyed Fenland -
Areas under 'management' to the west of Gwynfaes, and north of Lôn Ddŵr (including unregistered areas not
hatched in red):

...whilst the the propietor, and owner absolute, of the destroyed fenland area (land to the south of Ffordd Hyfrydle, Talysarn) is: Mark Antony Jones of Penrallt Goch, Llanllynfi, Gwynedd.

Note: Penrallt Goch (the top of red hill) is not registered in the Royal Mail database sets as being a valid address (although this could have more to do with the name of the house being a contraction of Pen Yr Allt Goch, LL54 6SB, which is literally located at the top of Tal Garnedd, the first lane turning to the right on the way out of Llanllyfni along Lôn Ddwr towards Gwynfaes).

- The Farm and Holdings of Pen Yr Allt Gôch -

- area below B4418 with main destroyed fenland and enclosure area etched in green -
...and then there is a further registered area directly to the east of that area, bordered to the east of that by land owned by Cyngor Gwynedd [ Gwynedd Council ].
